We do not accept exchanges or returns for our products.

However, if you think the product you received doesn't match what was promised in the contract when it was delivered, you need to get in touch with us quickly. You have up to 48 hours from the time you received the order to email us at hello@leticiarovira.com. In that email, tell us about the product and explain what's wrong with it. This will help us figure out what to do next, possibly including sending the product back to us for us to check it out.
