MYO thinks in Japanese, eats in Spanish—a hand roll bar that fuses the precision of Japanese temaki with the Mediterranean’s social spirit. The bar, designed by @hola.plutarco, is all about moments in motion. The menu by @the_alrik blends both cultures with dishes like miso stew, soba carbonara, and tuna-tomato hand rolls. Cocktails by @dragonexperience_factory and @diegocabrerabartender shape an atmosphere that shifts from day to night, while @irenegirona’s branding perfectly conveys the concept.
